Hello friends! My name is Dominique and I’m from Billerica, Massachusetts. Thank you so much for joining my chaotic and beautiful adventure in feeding my crazy family of five. I am a perfectionist who loves experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes. I never quit anything and I will not stop until everything is perfect and I can share it with my family and now the lovely people that check out my blog. I love all food cuisines but I especially love cooking the Thai food that I grew up eating. I love recreating recipes that are near and dear to my heart from childhood taught to me by the women that meant the most to me.
I am a dedicated wife, mother, sister, auntie and daughter. The handsome and hard-working love of my life, Anthony and I are raising three amazing children. Aidan is our smart and funny teenager. Dylan is our wild and aggressive toddler. And Vivianna is our beautiful and sweet baby girl. We spend a lot of time with my loving and artistic nephew Logan.
Dinner time is the most important time of the day for my family. We go device-free and we talk and laugh and share our days and a great meal together. I worked full-time for 14 years before I became a stay-at-home mom. I understand some nights you want to make an award-winning, show stopping, stop traffic kind of meal and some nights you just need to get some food into your tiny humans ASAP. Here at Spice and Sugar Mama, you will find plenty of recipes for quick and easy weeknight meals, comfort food and my Asian favorites. I’m much more of a cook than a baker but I enjoy baking and have been adding steadily to my arsenal of recipes the last few years.
