Ingredients

  • Pounds St. Louis pork ribs
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Chicago steak seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Pan spray a large baking pan and place the sliced ribs on the baking pan close but not touching each other. If the ribs are not pre-sliced, you'll have to slice them. Using a very sharp knife, slice the ribs right between the bones to separate.
  • Season the ribs evenly with the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, dried parsley, dried oregano, lemon pepper seasoning and Chicago steak seasoning. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
