Ingredients

  • 5 Russet potatoes, cubed
  • ¼ Cup vegetable oil
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 Teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Heat a pan sprayed cast iron skillet on medium heat. Wash and dry the russet potatoes. Cut them in half length-wise. Cut the sliced halves in thirds. Turn the potatoes and cut half inch chunks of potato. Heat the vegetable oil in the pan and add the russet potatoes. Stir the potatoes to evenly coat with the oil.
  • Add all of the remaining seasonings over the potatoes and mix well. Cover loosely with a lid. Cook for 35 minutes until the potatoes are fork tender. Make sure to stir the potatoes often to ensure that they do not burn and stick to the bottom of the cast iron skillet. Enjoy!
