This peanut sauce is one of my favorite sauces. It has the perfect amount of salt, citrus and spiciness. There's no end to the number of dishes that you can serve this Vietnamese peanut sauce with.

Ingredients
1½Cupscreamy peanut butter
¾Cupwarm water
3Tablespoonsfish sauce
2Tablespoonssriracha
2Tablespoonssoy sauce
2Tablespoonsrice wine vinegar
2Tablespoonsbrown sugar
1Tablespoonlime juice (½ lime)
⅓Cupunsalted peanuts, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
Heat a small pan sprayed saucepan on medium heat. Whisk all ingredients (excluding the optional peanuts for garnish) continuously for 5 minutes until fully combined and a creamy, smooth texture is reached. Optional: You may garnish the peanut sauce servings with the chopped peanuts and a small additional amount of sriracha. Serve on the side of your favorite dish and enjoy!
